1. What Audilane Is
Audilane is a product discovery and sourcing platform. We search, identify, and present automotive aftermarket parts and accessories from third-party suppliers based on your criteria and budget. We are not a retailer, distributor, manufacturer, or fulfillment provider.
All products displayed on our Site are sourced from independent third-party merchants and suppliers. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship any products ourselves.
2. Our Role — Intermediary Only
Audilane is not a party to any purchase contract. When you select a product through our platform and proceed to checkout, you enter into a direct transaction with the third-party merchant or supplier who fulfills your order. Audilane facilitates the discovery process only and bears no responsibility for the quality, delivery, safety, legality, or fitness-for-purpose of any product purchased from a third-party supplier.
We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any third-party merchant, product listing, or supplier claim. The presence of a product on our Site does not constitute an endorsement by Audilane.
3. Payment & Transactions
Audilane does not process, collect, store, or transmit any payment information. All payments are handled directly between you and the third-party merchant or payment processor at the point of checkout. We never see your credit card details, banking information, or any payment credentials.
Prices displayed on our Site are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to change without notice. Audilane is not responsible for pricing discrepancies, currency conversion fees, taxes, duties, or any other charges applied by your payment provider or local customs authority.
4. Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, all product data — including descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, and stock status — is sourced from third-party suppliers. We do not independently verify this information and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by the policies of the third-party merchant from whom you purchase. 6. User Responsibilities
By using Audilane, you agree to:

- Verify product compatibility with your vehicle before purchasing
- Review the third-party merchant’s terms and policies before completing a transaction
- Not use our Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform
7. Intellectual Property
The Audilane name, logo, and all original content on this Site are the property of Audilane. Product images, descriptions, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this Site grants any license to use any trademark or copyrighted material without the owner’s written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Audilane shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Service or any product purchased through a merchant discovered via our platform
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Audilane, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any dispute between you and a third-party merchant
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Audilane operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis — no class actions.
