How Shipping Works on Audilane
Audilane is a product discovery platform, not a retailer. All products you find through our Site are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers and merchants. Shipping, handling, delivery times, and costs are determined by the merchant fulfilling your order — not by Audilane.
What to Expect
Processing Time
Most suppliers require 1–5 business days to process your order before shipping. This varies by merchant, product type, and order volume.
Shipping Methods
Suppliers typically offer multiple shipping options ranging from standard postal delivery to express courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Available options and costs are displayed during checkout on the merchant’s website.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location, the supplier’s location, and the shipping method you select. Typical estimates:
- Standard shipping: 7–21 business days
- Express shipping: 3–7 business days
- Domestic (same country as supplier): 2–5 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, the merchant will typically provide a tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier’s website. Audilane does not track orders — tracking is handled entirely by the merchant.
International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on the merchant’s site
- Customs clearance may delay delivery by several days or weeks
- Some products may be restricted from import into certain countries — check your local regulations before ordering
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated by the merchant based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping origin and destination
- Selected shipping method
- Any applicable insurance or handling fees
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout on the merchant’s website. Audilane does not control, set, or collect shipping fees.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:
- Contact the merchant directly using the information provided in your order confirmation
- Use your tracking number to file a claim with the carrier if applicable
- If the merchant is unresponsive, you may have recourse through your payment provider (credit card chargeback, PayPal dispute, etc.)
Audilane is not a party to the shipping contract and cannot resolve shipping disputes on your behalf. The shipping contract exists between you and the merchant — we are not in the chain of responsibility for delivery.
Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Merchants ship to the address you provide — Audilane does not collect or store your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in non-delivery, and the merchant may not offer refunds for orders shipped to wrong addresses.
